Our mission is to promote accountability, transparency, fiscal responsibility, and compliance with governing requirements within the Sun Lakes community. We are committed to ensuring that homeowners have access to accurate, factual information regarding matters that affect the community's finances, governance, facilities, and long-term sustainability.
Through research, education, and communication, we seek to empower homeowners to participate meaningfully in community governance and to encourage Board decisions that reflect the best interests of the membership as a whole. We support effective leadership, responsible stewardship of community resources, and a culture of openness and integrity in all community affairs.
