Dear SLCC General Manager and SLCC Board members;
Please consider this a formal request, by SLCC members in good standing, to provide the following:
1. A copy of the invoice covering any expenses incurred by any and all law firms that were engaged to review the Morrison agreement (dollar amounts can be redacted) in the December, 2024 through March, 2025 timeframe;
2. A copy of the majority Board resolution(s) to seek legal assessment of the Morrison agreement, instructions or directives issue by the Board, and a copy of the attorney engagement letter. Once again dollar amounts can be redacted.
3. A copy of all correspondence the Board or individual Board members provided to potential Food and Beverage (Hospitality) service provider in order to seek proposals between July, 2024 and February, 2025.
The above requests are being made as a result of the discoveries made during our preliminary review of the agreement as formally presented to the Board in the Morrison Food &Beverage Review and Recommendation Report submitted to the Board on 3/20/25. This request is in accordance with the Davis-Stirling act provisions regarding release of information to HOA members.
